Woulda, Shoulda, Coulda
Here is a selection of images that document the energy, style and invention of the rock scene that emerged in the DC area during the early 1980’s. I was up for the task as I had previously founded a music industry design studio named Mojo Graphics. Ever grateful to artist, editor, curator, and educator, Cynthia Connolly, whose book ‘Banned in DC’ brought wider attention to the DC scene along with my work. Major props to Black Market Baby, to Boyd, Tommy, Paul and Mike, for letting me tag along for a bit.
